CUPLOCK Introduction

Façade

It is facilated by external and internal side brackets, bracing parts, operation decks with integrated ascents or ladders, truss beams and anchoring parts with its circular node points.

No wedges-just a simple locking cup at each node point on the standards enables connection of

Simplicity & Strength
The success of cuplock lies in the node point or fastening method. Four horizontal can be fastened at onetime making a very rigid connection.
The horizontal bear directly on the verticals and are firmly clamped by the action of the cup. There are no loose parts to lose.
The rigid node point allows for high horizontal loads experienced with a 57kN leg load. The locking device is formed by two cups, a fixed lower cup which is welded to the vertical component at pre-located intervals and sliding top cup.
The forged ledger blade ends of the Cuplock horizontal components are located into the lower bottom cup, the top cup is moved down and rotated to secure the components are in place and a hammer blow the results in a positive rigid connection.
In viaduct construction complete scaffold towers can be moved horizontally using special trolley and rail, then simply crane lifted to the next location, saving time and labor costs.
