3.Core System Components
■ Standards (Verticals)
The primary load-bearing members. They feature "V-Pressings" at 495mm or 500mm intervals, providing the connection points for ledgers and transoms.
Lengths: 0.5m, 1.0m, 1.5m, 2.0m, 2.5m, 3.0m.
■ Ledgers (Horizontals)
Horizontal members with captive wedge connectors at both ends. They determine the length of the scaffolding bays and provide guardrail protection.
Lengths: 0.6m, 0.9m, 1.2m, 1.8m, 2.4m.
■ Transoms
Specifically designed to hold the steel planks in place, ensuring a stable and gap-free working platform.
Types: Standard Transoms, Return Transoms, and Hop-up Brackets.
■ Diagonal Braces
Used to provide lateral stability to the structure, ensuring the tower remains rigid under wind and working loads.
